Do I need a permit?

Permit requirements vary by location. Check with your local building department or HOA to determine if a permit is necessary for your shed size and type.

How do I prepare the site for delivery & installation?

Customers are responsible for site leveling and preparation. Site preparation is vital to ensure the long life of your outdoor structure. Before your new outdoor structure can be delivered, the building site must be properly prepared. The area should be clear of any tree limbs or brush and have a clear path for delivery. We recommend placing your structure on a gravel pad as it adds a layer of moisture protection between your new structure and the ground. Larger structures such as cabins or barns may require additional site prep work. At Countryside Sheds we offer site preparation at an additional cost. Please contact our office for more information.

Can I customize the design of my building?

Yes, we offer custom builds. You can choose the color, roof style, door types, and other features to match your preferences.

How long does it take to receive my building?

Generally most buildings take 4 to 6 weeks. Finished cabins take 3-4 Months.

Can I install electricity or plumbing in my shed?

It’s possible, but it depends on local regulations and the shed’s design. Consult with a professional and check local building codes before making plans for electrical or plumbing installations.

Do you offer financing or rent to own?

Yes, we offer in-house no credit check rent to own options. There are 3 options: 36, 48, or 60 month payment plans. If you are a Landowner, then we will require only the 1st payment upfront. And, if the you are a tenant or renter, then we require 2 payments upfront. Finished Cabins require extra deposits. We can offer the rent-to-own option on contracts of $15,000 or less.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 5 year Workmanship Guarantee plus a lifetime manufacturers guarantee on most of the building products including LP Smartside and Metal siding.
